How is Peak 3 different than my previous PT?

Peak 3 provides 1-on-1 care with a Doctor of Physical Therapy at every session. No double bookings, no assistants or techs. We specialize in the treatment and management of athletes and active people looking for a challenging rehab program.
Do you accept my insurance?

We are an Out-of-Network provider. This means we do not accept or directly bill your insurance for our services. However, we can easily provide you with all of the necessary information you need to submit a claim to your insurance provider. You may be eligible for an out of network reimbursement, especially if your health plan is a PPO plan. You can directly call your insurance company and ask them “what are my out-of-network physical therapy benefits?” and your insurance company will let you know what they reimburse for our PT services. The traditional insurance model does not allow us to treat the way we feel is best for you, nor does it allow us to spend adequate time providing you with the absolute best care possible. Being out-of-network allows us to treat you 1-on-1 and develop higher quality treatment programs while spending adequate time with you. Because we can provide you more individualized care, you often end up needing less visits than in a traditional therapy model.
Do you accept my HSA or FSA for payment?

Yes! Physical Therapy is considered a covered medical expense.
Do I need a referral from my Primary care or Orthopedic MD to see a PT?

No! In South Carolina, we have direct access laws that allow us to treat you without a referral for 30 days. This is extremely beneficial, as this is sometimes all you need to get back on track. With that being said, we believe in providing you with the best, most appropriate care from day one. We will happily collaborate with your physician or provide appropriate referrals as necessary!
Can I pay for more than 1 session at a time?

Yes! We offer visit packages that allows you to purchase more visits up front. This comes with a benefit of a discounted rate.
I have a busy schedule, will you come to my home/office?

Yes! We are able offer flexible scheduling to accommodate you and your busy schedule. We can meet you at your home, office, field, or location of your choosing. This is an addition $25-$75 fee depending on your location. Schedule your free 15 minute consultation to for an estimate and to see if our services are right for you.
